Delivery

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, but typically this is within 1-2 days.
Delivery to the UK typically takes 3-4 days.
Delivery to Europe typically takes 7 days.
Delivery to USA and outside of Europe typically takes 10 days.
 
The above times can be effected due to exceptional circumstances or during busy periods such as Christmas.
Please allow up to three weeks before contacting me to enquire about missing items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges:
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
Please reply to your confirmation email or quote your order number when contacting to allow me to process the return.

I don’t accept cancellations after order has been sent
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Digital downloads

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
